Your Real Estate team at Cuppy's Coffee Smoothies & More has developed a proven system that generates top notch locations. Key factors and criteria can determine the best possible location for your store. Your real estate professional takes into account three factors to determine the probability of a location's success: accessibility, visibility and demographic data.
Accessibility
Accessibility relates to how convenient a location is for the consumer. In a business that thrives off of convenience, it is a necessity for your store to have convenient entrance and exit points.
Visibility
Another factor to consider is the visibility of the site. It is important that your customer can easily see your store and signage. Your real estate specialist will assist you in determining visibility by viewing the site in every direction. This guarentees every consumer has a good view of your store and signage.
Demographics
Demographics are an important aspect of the decision-making process. Coffee and smoothie drinkers are in a very specific market and it is important to find a location that will target this market. Your specialists will compile and analyze the overall population statistics for your area, i.e. average household income, age of population, your area's traffic count and other available data.
