Cuppy's Coffee, Smoothies & More's preferred builder, Elite Manufacturing, is a premiere modular building and construction management company, based out of a 37,500 square foot facility in Indiana. Licensed to build, install and construct retail and restaurant stores in all 50 states, Elite is dedicated to delivering your project on time at the lowest possible cost possible.

Whether you choose a modular building or decide to have your store built on-site, Elite's team will be with you every step of the way. At Cuppy's Coffee, Smoothies & More you will work closely with your Franchise Systems Manager (FSM) who is dedicated to working with you and your Elite construction project manager. You will receive weekly written and telephone updates from your FSM, which contains a project advancement overview report. Together your FSM and Elite project manager will keep you informed on the status of designs, engineering, permits, health department regulations, and necessary changes from the day you sign on as a franchisee to the day you receive your certificate of occupancy.
