Size: The average Cuppy's Café ranges from 1,000 square feet to 1500 square feet. Café sizes can be larger or smaller depending on location, demographics and competition.
Pricing: A full-service café ranges in price, depending on size. This price includes everything from A to Z, including build-out and equipment.
Working Capital: As a franchisee you will need to have working capital. A loan can be utilized to cover this amount. Your franchise recruiter will be happy to provide you with further details.
Down Payment: Cuppy's preferred contractors require a minimum down payment of 20% to start the build-out of your cafe.
Product Offerings: The café offers full coffee, smoothie and food menu including soups, sandwiches, desserts, a variety of breakfast items and an extensive retail package.
Use of Space: Cuppy's Cafés offer several revenue streams to drive more traffic to the store. Owners can optimize the use of this space by providing a gathering place for local churches, businesses and social clubs, in addition to offering different "Café Nights" such as Starving Artist Night or Open Mic Night.
Additional Revenue Streams: Cuppy's Cafés have space to provide extensive retail options such as espresso machines, coffee makers, T-shirts, mugs and bags of coffee to customers, offering additional revenue streams and impulse buys.
