Caffé D'arte® founder, Maura Cipolla, prides himself on re-educating the public on authentic coffees roasted in an Italian tradition. Traveling to the Italian region of Campania, Cippola learned about the craft of roasting and blending espresso himself before bringing the art to America. While he was in Italy he also absorbed their passion for this art of coffee making. In 1985, Mauro Cipolla began Caffé D'arte® in Seattle, Washington. Hand blending and hand roasting the coffee, Cippola created blends that represent the places and times of Italy's most celebrated regions.
